I paid for a full-service wash and had a really disappointing experience. During the wash, my mirror cover came off and got scratched. What’s worse is that the staff clearly knew something had happened. I noticed they were taking an unusually long time with my truck and were gathered around it. It looked like they were waiting for the piece to come back through so they could put it back on. No one said a word to me about it. If I hadn’t walked up and asked what was going on, they likely would’ve let me drive off without mentioning the damage at all. That lack of honesty and transparency is a big problem. They gave me a number to call, which I did, but I never received a call back. That just adds to the frustration and shows poor follow-up and customer service. You expect better when paying for a full-service wash. Accidents can happen, but how you handle them matters—and this was handled poorly. I’d be very cautious bringing your vehicle here.

This used to be my absolute favorite car wash for the past five years, but within the past year, it has gone downhill almost every time I go to the car wash I have to either point out things that were missed or I end up, leaving and have to turn around and go back. They are not thorough anymore. They are not attention to detail I pay for the supreme wash 3999 and the $15 extra for the interior one time I left and they forgot to vacuum the car another time they didn’t wipe the dash down today we didn’t wipe the outside mirrors. The windshield was completely filthy. They forgot to vacuum the driver side I’m already owed a free wash, but I didn’t collect on it today. I paid for my daughter‘s car and for my mom‘s car to get washed and we left there and the cars had problems. I haven’t even called them. I didn’t proceed to go back because every time I go there now I’m always having to complain. They probably think it’s me and I’m just trying to get away with three things, but I take pictures of the poor work. I’m just not gonna go back there. I liked going there because it really used to be exceptional. There was a manager there and I’m not being racist, but he had dark skin a different

Wow! I noticed my monthly membership price increased and talked to staff fully expecting to cancel. Thank goodness I went through the car wash first because my car hasn’t been that clean going through the tunnel, especially at the end of the day when the foaming detergent is scant at best. I used to have to painstakingly wipe down the rims after a wash in order to get the grime off. Not anymore! I am okay to pay a little more for this quality wash. Great improvements. As long as this is maintained, I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for years, dating back to its days as International Auto Spa, and have even held a monthly membership at times. However, my most recent visit was disappointing, as the advertised prices on the website were not honored on site, requiring a manager's intervention. Although the staff are courteous, I could have achieved better results by cleaning it myself after the wash. Paying for full service, I assume they would have cleaned my dash and cup holders. It is unfortunate that the standards have slipped, as Gary would not have allowed a vehicle to leave in such condition. I won’t be back to Larry’s Car Wash.

Just moved to the area and it was great to find such a nice car wash. I love that they offer free towels for drying as well as free vacuum. Usually the automatic car washes miss alot of spots but this one really does a fantastic job, and the prices are very fair. Thank you!!
